She Could Handle it!

Cake decorating
She dabbled a bit
A cute cupcake?
She could handle it

A child is filled with glee
At the magic year of three
You bounce them on your knee
And make their world sugary..

Part two

Then you send them home
To unsuspecting parents
Who you warned to behave
While they were coming up
But they wouldn't think of it!

Grandma offers a weekly challenge called succinctly yours. She offers a photo and our challenge is to provide a story befitting her illustration using 140 characters/words or less. To make the challenge just a bit more interesting she tosses in a bonus word; to use or not to use... This week our bonus word is "dabble". Well, how low can you go?

Have a fantastic and blessed weekend!!

Cute threesome, Judy. Sugar and kids--a high-energy combination!

I want to dabble into this myself. Maybe I'll try.

I like these.

Your poems are nice, Judy. Thank you.

"A cute cupcake?
She could handle it
are my favorite lines. Very appropriate.

Judy,, Clever poems. Hope all is well with you. I have been babysitting my 18 month old granddaughter while my daughter finishes her Physical Therapy Degree. Doesn't leave much time for blogging or anything else. Have a good weekend, my friend. Mickie ;)
