Dancing Hearts

Wednesday, October 19, 2011

Twas a windy day with leaves a dancin
When I spied the hearts I did imagine
That the cheery yellow was meant for me
Sending love from yonder tree

 Hurriedly I scooped them up
Carried them home in a drinking cup
Laid them out on 'n took their picture
For a gloomy day they were the cure.

Fantastic poem, Judy, and just simple yellow leaves are enough to cheer me up on a rainy day!

I love your dancing hearts! I watched them dance, saw you carry them home in a cup, and take their picture to save for a gloomy day. What a wonderful poem!!!

You're funny, Judy. But that's true - visit God often. He's your friend.

Best wishes.

The little leaves are so cheerful and I love your poem. I really like the arrangement in your last photo.
