Thankful Thursday - Four Seasons

Friday, January 21, 2011

Tis a monochrome day
All shades of gray
No warming sunshine
On display

I yearn for the warmth
Of brighter days
For the cheeriness
of golden rays
For flowers with bright
and shining faces

For leaves of green and orange and red
And pretty robins bobbing their heads.
Four seasons do we know and love
With differences created by God above

Colors with beauty we embrace
With hues as varied as the human race

Nature by God

A lovely combination of words and photos. I like the way you tied the differences of the season to the differences of people.
