Refresh, Refocus, Revitalize!

Tuesday, October 19, 2010

This past weekend I have had a friend working on merging this blog with my jsheldonwalker one. I was feeling quite overwhelmed with trying to keep up with family, work, writing and my blogs. I had to stay out of his way for the weekend so could not post or read as I could not sign in. It gave me time to spend with friends and family, but I missed my other family, you!

Then I turned on my computer and it would not boot. Frantically I called my brother in law, but he was not at home. Baby boy came to the rescue. This is his lap top, but I am clueless, as to many of the functions. This funny little flat space for a mouse; how to copy and paste; how I end up back at the beginning all the time; (I'm sure I read that paragraph already!) and where does everything keep disappearing to? I've called baby boy a few times and he is beginning to wonder how I functioned so far in life...

Don't you love gazing at the sun as it goes down over the water? I needed this moment with our Creator to refocus and revive myself.  Water is so revitalizing. Join us for Watery Wednesday and Outdoor Wednesday and enjoy the rest of your week!  Take care & God bless!

Hi Judy,

How did the merging go so far? I wish you all the luck.

These photos are amazing! I just love October sky; they are so dramatic!

Water has such a beautiful way of slowing us down and connecting us to the planet, peacefully. Perfect images, and good luck with the blog!

Refreshing is the perfect word to describe these beautiful photos.

I could see the posts being posted to this blog on my dashboard and wondered if you were doing it yourself. Sorry to hear you had computer problems. Mine has been acting up all week and refused to behave when I started working on it. It is better but I still need to do a major overhaul this weekend. Ah, the joys of computers.
